For independent grocers and the wholesalers that serve them
I am a young entrepreneur from Belgium who recently moved to New York City. As I have the ambition to start a new grocery concept in New York, I wanted to reach out and ask for advice. More specifically, I would like to get more information on the sourcing and supply side for a small independent grocer but also some other operational aspects of running a small format grocery store. Would someone in the NYC region have some time for me to give some advice? It would be greatly appreciated.
