Comment by Robyn White on June 2, 2011 at 3:15pm: Living in a part of the country (south Louisiana) that has been ravaged by storms -- it is UPLIFTING to see this story for the retailer and the community. We have had small towns devastated by first a hurricane and then the loss of their hometown supermarket ... It is such a joy to see the relief and the welcome when the two are reunited!! Praise God and thank goodness for INDEPENDENT retailers who are so willing to come to the rescue of their community. Sure -- it is their livelihood, but if it were just "a job," they wouldn't put in so much blood, sweat and tears to make it work ... and make it work AGAIN!!
