Peter:
What does an expert have to do to be a speaker at the national NGA conference? I'm a talented speaker and after 8 years in food retail energy efficiency I have huge amounts of useful information which I can present in a non-sales educational manner. I know its too late for 2011 but I suspect energy efficiency in food retail and the related growing rebates will still be a huge topic in 2012.
If by chance a speaker drops out I'd be glad to substitute.
