Retailers: Join Progressive Grocer Independent's Executive Roundtable on Food Safety in the Store

NGA and Progressive Grocer Independent invite you to participate in an executive roundtable on food safety in the store.

The roundtable will be held Monday, February 11 from 12:30 to 3 p.m., in the Nassau Boardroom of the Mirage Hotel & Casino.

The event – which will be hosted by PGI, will provide a platform for retailers to discuss how the challenges and benefits of developing and maintaining high levels of food safety in the store, particularly in the prepared foods departments and related storage areas. Roundtable attendees will share their challenges and successes, and walk away from this event with new ideas and strategies they can immediately apply to their operations.

Retailers interested in participating will be confirmed on a first-come, first-serve basis, with a maximum of eight retailer participants. Four retailer slots are already filled.
