Thanks to all of those who attended our brief talk about how retailers are using Digital Communication to make a more personalized connection to shoppers. The Main Point of this workshop was, that if you have not begun to look at utilizing some form of technology to personalize the shopper experience for your customers you are already "late;" But it is never TOO late to get started.
